Perspective Design Fabrication built a ten-foot-deep seating area featuring an arched ceiling, fully oak-paneled interior, floating upholstered seating and a full-length table to help create a fun and intriguing gathering space.
Leasing Table
The custom stained cherry two tier leasing table features an integrated upright frame for pendant lighting and electrical wiring for the recessed outlet ports. The wiring was concealed strategically through the leg and frame giving this office centerpiece a clean look.
Game Room Seating
This custom wood, metal, and upholstery banquette has integrated electrical and floating tables: a fun place to relax and play.
Game Room Bar Rail
The game room bar rail is free-standing. Made of white oak and hexagonal metal mesh, with a steel frame.
Bathroom Benches
With integrated cubbies and marine grade coating these slotted oak benches are functional and durable for bathroom use.
Fitness Shelving
These shelves feature powder-coated metal frames and painted MDF shelving.
